How to use
Warm in the microwave 45 seconds to 1 minute. Remove from microwave and give the snug a shake, if need be warm another 20 to 30 seconds until desired temperature is achieved. Do not overheat – risk of fire and or burns.
The bee snug is flexible and can be shaped in a way that is most comfortable. Can also be chilled in the freezer to reduce fever or slight inflammations.
